NACIC: Part of the International Integrated Care Movement

Emerging from the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) Canada Hub, since 2019, NACIC/IFIC Canada has focused on creating the relationships needed to advance population health on a local, national and global scale; growing the North American integrated care community; and generating research and practice guidance on implementing integrated care. Since 2024, the NACIC is a formal entity (Extra Departmental Unit) at the University of Toronto. It supports academic knowledge creation and knowledge translation activities such as regular webinars, virtual event series, master classes, and North American conferences on integrated care.

Connected with the international community through the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC), NACIC provides global leadership in co-designing with patients, caregivers, and citizens and strategic expertise in evaluation, collective impact, transformation, and social change.
