The International Foundation for Integrated Care Canada (IFIC Canada), located at the North American Centre for Integrated Care, is dedicated to advancing integrated care through community-building, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration. We're building a vibrant virtual community that connects healthcare providers, policymakers, researchers, and people with lived experience across North America. Through this community, members can learn from global leaders and each other while working toward people-centered, co-designed care.
