IFIC Canada is the North American hub of the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC), a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to improving the lives of people and communities by advancing the science, knowledge, and adoption of integrated care around the world.

Located at the North American Centre for Integrated Care, IFIC Canada is dedicated to advancing integrated care through community-building, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration. We're building a vibrant virtual community that connects healthcare providers, policymakers, researchers, and people with lived experience across North America. Through this community, members can learn from global leaders and each other while working toward people-centered, co-designed care.
