A Knowledge Mobilization and Impact Hub for the THINC initiative
Funded by CIHR's Institute for Health Services and Policy Research (IHSPR), the Network for Integrated Care Excellence (NICE) serves as the Knowledge Mobilization and Impact Hub for the Transforming Health with Integrated Care (THINC) initiative. The THINC-NICE Hub connects research teams and community partners across Canada to amplify research, foster shared learning, and expand the impact of integrated care nationwide.
The International Foundation for Integrated Care
(IFIC Canada)
IFIC Canada, housed at NACIC, is dedicated to advancing integrated care through community-building, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration. Focusing on people-centered and equitable healthcare, IFIC Canada connects healthcare providers, policymakers, researchers, and patients through resources like webinars, mentorship, and events. IFIC Canada's primary goal is to create a platform that improves the capacity of individuals and organizations in advancing integrated care.
